Vaqueros Leadership
Poway Youth Soccer League (PYSL) is led by our wonderful Board of Directors who serve in two-year terms in a variety of capacities. This includes but is not limited to executive-level management, human resources, marketing, finances, facilities, and general administration. Our leadership group is directly responsible for the execution of the organization's vision and the implementation of its direction.
